Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of receipt of the product, in accordance with EU consumer rights. The product must be returned unopened and in original packaging.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

Opened or used products may not be eligible for refund due to hygiene reasons. Damaged products should be reported upon delivery.
